Privacy
Last updated 26 August 2026
The short version: we store what is needed to run a daily puzzle and remember your progress. We do not track you, we do not run advertising, and we do not load any third-party script on the pages you play on.
What we store
- A random identifier in a cookie named
gid. It exists so your puzzle progress and streak can be saved and found again. It is not used for profiling, is never shared, and is never joined to anything else. - Your puzzle progress and results — which groups you solved, how many mistakes you made, how long you took.
- Aggregate page analytics that use no cookie and no device identifier.
What we do not store
- No name, email address or phone number. There are no accounts yet.
- No advertising or tracking pixels, and no cross-site identifiers.
- No precise location.
Who processes it
- Supabase — database hosting, in Mumbai, India.
- Vercel — application hosting and page analytics.
- Upstash — rate limiting, to keep the write endpoints from being abused.
How long we keep it
Puzzle results are kept while the service runs, because a streak is a record of past days. The gid cookie expires after about 13 months.
Your rights
Under Bangladesh's Personal Data Protection Act 2026 and the GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Since we hold no name or email, please include your gid value so we can find the right rows.
Cookies
We set one cookie, and only the one described above. It is strictly necessary to provide the thing you came for — saved progress — so there is no consent banner. If we ever add advertising or third-party analytics, that changes, and we will ask first.
Children
This service is not directed at children under 13.
